1. The service
GTM Fit Diagnostic scans a homepage you provide, asks a few follow-up questions, and generates a diagnostic report with playbook recommendations. Reports are generated by AI and are meant as a starting hypothesis, not guaranteed business advice.
2. Payments
Full reports are available for a one-time fee shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Access is unlocked automatically after successful payment and linked to the unique report URL created for your submission.
3. Refunds
Because reports are generated immediately and contain tailored content, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue or believe the report is materially defective, contact us at hello@gtmfit.online and we will make it right.
4. Intellectual property
You retain rights to your own website content and inputs. The diagnostic report, playbook content, and eBooks are provided for your personal use inside your own company. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish them as standalone products.
5. Limitation of liability
GTM Fit Diagnostic is provided as-is. We are not liable for any business decisions, investments, or outcomes based on the report. Always validate recommendations with your own research and judgment.
